Lesson & Test Record Keeping
Every driving lesson and driving test is logged as a structured record — session type, vehicle, date and time — the way a regulator expects to see it, not a spreadsheet reconstructed after the fact.
DriveLog keeps lesson and test records, audit compliance, learner details, and Google workflow in one place — so a driving school spends less time on paperwork and more time teaching.
Everything a driving school already does by hand — logging lessons, tracking tests, chasing licence paperwork, matching learners to a calendar — done inside one system built around how an Australian driving school actually runs its week.
Every driving lesson and driving test is logged as a structured record — session type, vehicle, date and time — the way a regulator expects to see it, not a spreadsheet reconstructed after the fact.
Audit-ready records are generated directly from real calendar activity, and export as the coded CSV format used for Service NSW / RTA submissions.
A learner's registration details, licence information, and lesson-and-test history live in one record, tied to every session they've attended.
Lessons and tests booked in DriveLog create matching Google Calendar events, with reminders, so an instructor's diary and their compliance record never drift apart.
New learners are matched against an instructor's existing Google Contacts before a duplicate contact is ever created.
A photo of a learner's licence is read automatically, server-side, so instructors don't have to grant per-device camera or scanning access to get the details in.
Learners book driving lessons, test-preparation sessions, or driving tests through a school's own booking link, with availability drawn from the instructor's real diary.
A driving school connects its own WhatsApp Business account to DriveLog. From that point on, customer messages — enquiries about a lesson, a test, or a booking — arrive inside DriveLog instead of a phone that isn't always being watched.
Staff organise those conversations as leads or students, and reply from inside DriveLog about bookings, test preparation, and general support — the same follow-up a school already does with its own learner drivers, kept in one place instead of scattered across texts and missed calls.
How DriveLog uses WhatsApp Business Platform data. DriveLog uses this data — the connected WhatsApp Business Account and phone number IDs, a customer's phone number, message content, message IDs, timestamps, and delivery status — only to provide the messaging and customer-management service described above, plus the audit logs needed to operate and troubleshoot it.
Clients use DriveLog to manage their own WhatsApp conversations and follow up with their own learner drivers. DriveLog does not sell Platform Data, does not share it with advertisers, and does not use it for marketing unrelated to a school's own customers.
